About the Artwork:
Saint Yared is celebrated throughout Ethiopian and Eritrean Orthodox tradition for creating the sacred chant tradition known as Zema and for developing the Ethiopian musical notation system. This artwork reflects his enduring spiritual and musical legacy, inspired by the rich devotional traditions of Ethiopian Orthodox Christianity.
